Individual Resume
Wei Huang joined the School of Microelectronics of Fudan University as an associate professor in January 2017. His main research direction is the application of new microwave power devices, new power electronics devices and integrated technology focusing on the third generation semiconductor, and he is responsible for the integration and promotion of research results. As the project leader, he has presided over or participated in projects at various levels such as National Natural Science Foundation and Assembly Pre-Research. He has published more than 50 articles in professional journals such as IEEE EDL, IEDM and international conferences, applied for more than 30 patents, published one monograph, won an award at the provincial and ministerial level, and three research achievements have won the title of high-tech products. He was selected as the national talent introduction plan for foreign specialists, Jiangsu Shuangchuang Thousands Program and Wuxi Youth Science and Technology Award.
